For people with an interest in Roman history, the Roman Route Neckar-Alb-Aare
is a fascinating journey of discovery, following old Roman roads depicted on the ancient Tabula Peutingeriana road map. As in Roman times it links the legion camp at Vindonissa (Windisch in Switzerland) with the settlement of Grinario (Köngen in Germany).
